Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase
The Car for the Most Discerning Passengers
There are those for whom the act of driving itself is a distraction. Some people need more space to think, more space to work and more space to relax. It is with these discerning travellers in mind that Bentley’s designers and engineers created a new pinnacle in Bentley luxury: the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase.
Sunlight and Space
Offering an extra 250 mm of legroom for rear seat passengers, the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase is an incredible car in which to travel. Light floods into the rear cabin, courtesy of an expansive glass sunroof. Should the glare become too much, the Alcantara sunblind can be closed at the touch of a button located in the veneered rear console.
Everything At Your Fingertips
The air conditioning controls are accessible from the rear seat, as is a state-of-the-art entertainment system, featuring fast wireless connectivity, high-resolution video screens and the option of the world’s finest in-car audio system.
It Feels Like Flying
Airline-style reclining seats can be commissioned, giving travellers in the back the chance to relax as they might on a private jet. This is the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase: the ultimate combination of speed and exquisite luxury.
Designed For a Luxurious Life
With an extra 250mm of legroom for passengers in the rear and the option of airline-style reclining seats, there is ample room in the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase to relax. And with electric curtains to each of the rear windows it is the perfect mode of transport for those with the occasional need to travel incognito.
A tilting glass sunroof invites a cascade of daylight into the rear of the car, while the extended rear doors make it easier to get in and out of the car in style. Optional airline-style reclining seats feature the most supportive footrests in the industry.
The Central Idea
An elongated central console runs the length of the cabin. Its handcrafted veneers conceal a range of storage options, alongside controls for seat heating and ventilation, the sunroof and the electric curtains that are built into the windows. When it’s time to work, picnic tables fold out elegantly from within.
Leading From the Front
Four new all-LED headlamps are arranged in a subtly modified cluster, the lower, outboard lights moving up to align with the larger lamps. The body-coloured centre disc of each outboard lamp conceals integrated washer jets, held flush to the car’s bodywork when not in use.
